Spiral of Discovery: Core Longing and True Self

You made it - the center of the spiral, our final destination. Today’s blog is a listing of our core longings and True Self (our greatest strengths). I have linked my Path to Wholeness blogs to each one as they go a little more into how we get to this True Self identity. All of these blogs, but this one in particular, warrants some deep reflection and contemplation. You will want to read your type, reflect on what it means to you, and how showing up with deep presence can give you a glimpse into living into your True Self potential.

We all know it takes more than reading a few blogs to understand the Enneagram and all of its complexities, but this series of blogs was meant to get you thinking. You should imagine this spiral more like a helix - a three-dimensional spiral where on any given day we do the work as if we are on a continuum, flowing up and down, embracing the duel between personality (ego) and our highest Self so we have fewer moments of duality and realize all along we are one (non-dual) with the Universe and our True Self.
