It took me six months but I finally realized, my Messy to Magical community did not benefit from giving away my services. You see, I was giving away Personality Discovery Sessions with the hopes that those people would become clients and join my Messy Community. People don’t value free and while most people loved their session and told me I should be charging for it, I’ve had people not show up, reschedule at the last minute, or worry that I was going to try to sell them something only to freak-out at the end with “I’m not interested” and then rushing me off the call. (It took me four months to finally figure out what happened during that one - let’s just put it this way, it wasn’t me.) Also, the free community wasn’t engaged, because well it was FREE! These six months have taught me a lot and I’ve almost come out of my shell (it can be a bit scary out there for this introvert) but I’ve gotten better at that too. Someday I may relaunch but in the meantime I’m focusing on my 1:1 Personality Discovery Sessions.

Today, I had an interesting conversation with a client/friend. We were chatting about the Enneagram and she was forthright about not always getting what I am talking about. This happens to me when I start going off on my passion. So… I’m going to do a series on Taking the Mystery out of the Enneagram - starting with the basics. Check out this week’s blog for some simple information. I promise.
