“I found this workshop to be a very powerful experience and one of my best investments in developing a healthier and more positive mental perspective. Based on cutting edge neuroscience, part of the program is to identify our mental saboteurs or negative thought patterns and weakening them through awareness and practices while strengthening our wiser, better selves or sage perspective.
With Julie’s coaching and a very user friendly app, the workshop provides exercises that are fun and easy to apply. One of the practices that I found very useful was the PQ rep, a 2 min practice that can shift brain from fight or fight response to a calm, relaxed response. After a 6 week period I found my nervous system felt more balanced with better attention and focus. I had 2 goals , improved sleep and better relationships. I am happy to say both were much improved. Highly recommend the Sage journey!

HOLDING SPACE FOR HEALTH WORKSHOP (A recent thank you note I received).

Truthfully, I was in a pretty dark place all of those weeks ago and I wasn’t sure how to begin to find the light or if I even wanted to. HOLDING SPACE FOR SPIRIT WORKSHOP
It is with gratitude I was invited to join in on Julie's soulful practice workshop. The timing was perfect for me to rekindle the fire in my own soul-searching journey. Her book, "The Little Guide to Finding Our Lost Souls", is just that. A guide to reading with questions to ponder and suggestions for practicing. I highly recommend the book and the workshop to either begin or continue the awakening of finding your true self.
