Your journey begins during a weekend at the beautiful Trapp Family Lodge, where you will start to discover your personal and specific skill set to tame the weight-gain weight-loss beast once and for all!

Your weekend includes:

  • All meals (Dinner Friday and Saturday night, Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Lunch Saturday)

  • One yoga class and one guided activity

  • Half hour spa treatment of your choice

  • Two group coaching sessions

  • One 1:1 session*

  • Free time to explore the grounds of the Trapp Family Lodge or to discover beautiful Stowe, VT  

The weekend continues with four additional weekly 1:1 sessions when you get home (half hours). I won’t leave you hanging!
